About Our Company

After graduating from the University of Central Florida, joining the family business seemed like the right thing to do. Over the next several years as the company’s Sales Manager and Broker Associate, I learned the intricacies of residential and commercial sales, land development, and business/asset liquidation, as well as the utilization of the auction in real estate. As with many twenty-somethings, I had the desire to change the direction of my career path, and “go it on my own”. The fast paced, lucrative career in the timeshare industry caught my eye. So, in 1999, after I left the Florida National Guard and Army Reserves with thirteen years of serving my Country as an Airborne, Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Specialist,  MIRC, Inc. was born. The company’s responsibility was to provide the developer with trained and motivated sales professionals and to ensure that all of the Florida Real Estate guidelines were followed. Years later, I realized that there was much more that I could be doing with my education and experience, and the spirit of individuality caused me to take MIRC, Inc. to the next level: personal real estate assistance, providing multiple services, and establishing long term relationships and goals with customers.

Today, MIRC, Inc. sets itself apart from the Real Estate Industry by providing Customers with down to earth Realtors and Mortgage Brokers. By tailoring our business model to adapt to each Customer on an individual basis, a comfortable atmosphere is created in order to address the needs of our client, and to have an open forum in which to exchange ideas.

Are you aware that there are those that think that they are going to get better service from one of those "big box" real estate companies?  Are you aware that those "big box" companies are mostly franchises?  Are you aware that those "big box" companies have "big" overhead?  You see those "big box" real estate companies all over because some real estate broker decided it was easier to buy name brand recognition, rather than creating their own company on their own, HA!  Have you been to a chain restaurant only to find the food and service different from the next restaurant with the same name?  Are you aware that the average real estate company has five employees?  Do you realize that everybody provides nearly the same services, HOWEVER, if your house is not in MLS, not viewed by "Appointment Only", and you are paying some rediculous commission totalling over 4% (listing and selling), you are just fooling yourselves.

As the owner of MIRC, Inc., it is my duty and obligation to always be available to every one of our clients, regardless of whom in the organization is working for you.  Go and see how available those Brokers are in the "big box"; it is my guess and opinion that the majority of those brokers just opened an office, hired a bunch of people, and are waiting for the income to roll in.  I am a working Broker.  My associates feed themselves, I feed myself, and MY ASSOCIATES DO NOT FEED ME!
